Sample testing process
We communicate the results of our water testing to you in a manner consistent with the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 and in accordance with the established information flow process.
Microbiological, physicochemical and organoleptic testing of samples in our laboratory takes place to the highest standards using state-of-the-art equipment. If the test reveals exceedances of the specific standards to be analysed, you will automatically receive information about the exceedance to the e-mail address indicated in the order and (possibly) an SMS message. Usually, this information is provided between 1 and 3 days after the sample is taken. If the test results show no exceedance of the standards, then our customers receive a full test report to the agreed e-mail address within 5 days.
In addition, we have developed the EGATE portal, which contains useful functionalities that positively influence the efficiency of your daily work. An account in our customer portal is free of charge and with it you can:
- view your orders and samples along with the results online,
- download reports on tests already carried out,
- check your invoices and payment status.
Our task, as an independent testing unit, is to take water samples professionally and provide you with reliable test results. It is up to you to decide how to proceed with the data you receive from us.
You are also all welcome to use our self-sampling kit for water sampling. This kit comes with sampling instructions (Shop Sampling Instructions) to help you sample correctly.
You will find more information about our accreditations and authorisations on our laboratory page.
